  • One on one counseling is just between you and me. The aim is to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe space. I utilize different therapeutic techniques, so you can gain insight into your challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and work towards your own personal growth and emotional well-being.

  • Couples therapy is designed to help you and your romantic partner improve your relationship. It focuses on learning healthy communication, resolving past and current conflicts, and addressing specific issues such as intimacy, trust, and compatibility. Through our guided discussions and therapeutic techniques, we work together to strengthen your bond and develop healthier ways of relating to each other.

    Couples sessions are available in-person and virtually

  • Family therapy works to improve your communication, resolve family conflicts, and strengthen your individual relationships. It focuses on the dynamics within your family unit, helping family members understand each of your perspectives and develop healthier interactions with each other.

Telehealth and virtual sessions are a wonderful alternative to traditional in person sessions. I use a HIPAA compliant platform so our sessions are always private and confidential.

Telehealth sessions are available to those located throughout the state of New Jersey.

You must be physically in the state of New Jersey for any virtual session.
